A Community of Natural Beauty

This enchanting community offers a timeless and unique lifestyle for its residents.  The Preserve is a very social neighborhood where neighbors routinely gather on the beautiful, green lawn and gazebo in the center of the community to say hello and exchange ideas and news.

The community has dedicated more than 50 acres exclusively as park lands and permanent wood preserves.  Many of these parks are intertwined within the community so the neighborhood seems very private, and serene and offers a wonderful sense of place. There is also a heavily wooded wetlands preserve is also found in The Preserve and is home to many types of waterfowl such as ducks and geese.

Also scattered throughout  the community you will find lovely benches where you can sit and take in the view of the lush surroundings.  Residents also enjoy a community commons with an elegant gazebo.

The Preserve consists of nearly 500 houses and these homes start in the 200s.
