October is nearly here, and that means – TIME FOR OKTOBERFEST!

Beginning 3pm on October 4th this second annual Oktoberfest will offer it all – beer, food, football and games. A great afternoon/evening for all! Last years event attracted over 4,000 people and this year is likely to attract even more! Two Tron TV’s have been brought in to show the football and Oktoberfest will show Big Ten games, including OSU vs. Wisconsin. The beer and football won’t dominate the event, there will be music, and family friendly activities such as arts and crafts for all ages. There will also be a pumpkin recipe contest, caramel apple decorating as well as authentic german food being on sale.

Sounds like a great chance for all to let their hair down and enjoy all that New Albany has to offer!
