New Albany Ohio: The Raines Group First Annual Food and Toy Drive

Its that time of year again, not just the festive lights, trees and gift giving, but the chance for us to reflect on those less fortunate than ourselves and lend a helping hand where we can.

This year The Raines Group has organized its First Annual Food and Toy Drive for the Salvation Army of Columbus. They will host a drop off location where they will be accepting donations of non-perishable food items and new, unwrapped toys. Join us on Saturday, Dec. 6th 2008 and enjoy coffee, cider and doughnuts!

The event will be between 10am and 2pm at The Raines Group offices on 5207 Hampsted Village Center Way, New Albany, Ohio, 43054. The office will also be accepting donations throughout the week prior to the event, starting on Monday, December 1st. Weekday office hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Toy and gift donations will benefit the “Salvation Army’s Christmas Cheer” program. All donations must be in brand new, unwrapped condition. Gifts for children ages 10 – 12 are especially needed. All of this of course shows the great community spirit in Columbus and the surrounding area.
