This report (attached to this post here – Property Update Report – Hampsted Village Central Ohio Real Estate) is about Hampsted Village and the surrounding neighborhoods. As you will see, for the period 1/23/08 to 1/23/09 there were 56 properties sold, (which is up 25 over the previous year!) which gave an average sale price of $341,863 and even better, the current listings average $375,344.

Also in New Albany Links, there were 34 properties sold in the same period which is up 6 over the previous year. The average sale price was $353,722.
