If you are looking for a great day out then Gahanna’s annual historic event is a great choice.
This Saturday the Gahanna Historical Society and the Gahanna Parks and Recreation Department are turning the clock. This is the fourth year for the event, which celebrates and looks back on the city as it was 100 years ago.
1909 Day is slated for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at the historical society’s Settlement facility on South High Street.
This popular event really is a chance to shake off those winter blues and get out and learn more about Gahanna and its history as well as take part in some great fun activities.
Gahanna’s community spirit is well known and it is part of the reason many want to relocate here. The town is an ideal location to raise a family and enjoy a high quality of life.
