2010 Predicted to be a Good Year for Central Ohio Real Estate
Predictions for Central Ohio real estate in 2010 are looking positive. 2009 was a tough year, and while real estate improved during the latter half, there’s a lot of room for improvement. A recent article at PropertyWire.com suggests that some areas will improve more than others.
Ohio has four areas which are predicted to improve. Housing Predictor has created a Top 25 Market Forecast and, according to PropertyWire.com, the Columbus area is at the top of the list.
Columbus, Ohio is number two on a list of the Best 25 Housing Markets 2010. The article on PropertyWire.com explains the reason for Ohio’s expected improvement in 2010 is “because prices have gotten so low that analysts predict they have only one way to go, and that is up. These bargain prices could attract a lot of interest.” To look at the complete list click here.
