Positive News for Central Ohio Real Estate

Central Ohio real estate sales data is looking goodCentral Ohio real estate has something to smile about, with the most recent data showing a nearly 40% increase in sales for April compared with April 2009.  Other positive news for Central Ohio real estate is that homes were sold for over 6% more compared with home prices from a year ago.  While the recession enters recovery any positive news is uplifting, and the Central Ohio real estate data is certainly causing elation. 

The tax credit had a major impact on Central Ohio home sales, but its expiration does not necessarily mean a dip is coming.  With inventories up and mortgage rates currently hovering at historic lows, real estate is more affordable than ever.  When it comes to Central Ohio real estate, it is a great time to be a buyer.
