5 (Indoor) Things to Do in Central Ohio While Staying Warm This Winter

Here in Central Ohio, winter isn’t exactly the best time to get out and go explore. But of course, if you stay cooped up in your house for the next few months, you’re bound to get a little cabin fever! Luckily there are plenty of indoor (and warm) things to do around the area, perfect for beating the winter weather blues.

Here are 5 indoor things to do around Central Ohio this season for when you want to get out and explore without dealing with the freezing temperatures!

Camelot Cellars Winery

An “urban boutique winery” Camelot Cellars, not only sells their own wine—and offers tours of their Columbus location—but you can also create your own wine, with a custom label and all! During the two-hour session, you’ll taste six different wines, choose which flavors you’d like to combine, then get the chance to help out in the fermentation process. After 10-15 weeks, your very own special creation will be ready for pick-up!

Lazer Kraze

If you want to stay entertained for hours, then Lazer Kraze is the place to be. The indoor amusement center has tons of things to choose from, including laser tag, an indoor trampoline park, a huge arcade, food and drinks (including microbrew beer), and more! They also regularly offer deals and special events—like $5 laser tag on Thursdays and discounts for kids 12 and under on Saturdays—so be sure to check out the calendar while you’re planning your visit.
