We are proud to announce we have launched our fifth annual 200th Home Sale Giveback Challenge to kickoff the new year and we are so excited to have received numerous nominations from our community. The goal of the program is to create an opportunity for local nonprofits to gain awareness as well as have a shot at the top five cash prizes to pursue their important missions. Together, The Raines Group, HER Realtors® and local community members can promote, vote, and choose the top five winners.
How Can You Vote?
Voting will begin when we reach our 100th home sale in mid-May. The voting platform will be promoted via social media, events and anywhere else the nonprofits find will be helpful until we reach our 200th Home Sale, which typically falls in mid-summer.
“This program is a win-win for everyone and provides an amazing opportunity for our
agents, clients and neighbors to learn about and support local nonprofit organizations
who do so much every day in central Ohio communities. This is one of our team’s favorite
events every year, and was important to Ron Cadieux, former Principal of The Raines
Group, who passed away at the end of 2021,” stated Jodi Carcamo, Marketing Manager.
The top five winners in 2021 were Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio, The Read
to Succeed Foundation, Columbus Blades Sled Hockey, Ruling our Experiences (ROX)
and Mental Health America of Ohio.
